Who said?
For so long I have enjoyed cooking & creating dishes for my family filled with the wonderful ingredients that nature provides us. Don't you just love the smells of herbs roasting on your chicken? The cinnamon baking on your favorite pies? Candied yams smothered with brown sugar & a touch of nutmeg? All the wonderful delights of cooking. So "who said" that I couldn't bring all these flavors to the table.
Most of us LOVE to eat!!! Am I correct? So lets share some stories with one another. Let me bring My famous Lemon Bars into your home & My Honey Sweet Cornbread. Pair those with my Coconut Shrimp and YOU will NOT be disappointed.

About me
I was born in Daly City California, a small BIG town in San Francisco. I was one of five children to my mother Catalina & father Pablo. Growing up in Daly City your surrounded by so many wonderful fresh foods from the bay.
I was not a fan of seafood, I hated the smell and watching my mother clean the fish my father & brothers caught made my stomach turn.
Now I LOVE Shrimp! I decided a couple years ago that I needed to eat a bit healthier-So I added shrimp to my menu and added fresh herbs and it helped me Love it more.
I continue to search for those added ingredients that help aid in fighting cancer, cleansing your system & help promote the natural detox of the bad toxins. What a wonderful way to help live a better food journey.
